Please read below policies carefully.

Collection of Personal Information:

a. We may collect personal information from you during the booking process, consultation, and treatment sessions. This information may include your name, contact details, and other relevant information necessary for providing safe and effective treatment.

Use of Personal Information:

a. The personal information collected is used solely for the purpose of assessing your suitability for cosmetic injectable treatments and providing appropriate medical care.

b. We may use your personal information to communicate with you regarding appointment scheduling, treatment plans, and follow-up care.

Refund Policy:

a. If, based on medical assessment, you are deemed medically unsuitable for the cosmetic injectable treatment, we will refund $50 as a one-time exception. Please note that this is the only circumstance under which a refund will be provided.

b. Once the treatment has been administered, the cost of the treatment is non-refundable.

c. Package deals cannot be substituted with different services and are non-refundable.

We understand that schedules can change unexpectedly, and we strive to accommodate our clients to the best of our ability. To ensure fairness and efficiency in managing appointments, we have implemented the following cancellation policy:

a. Clients are required to provide a minimum of 48 hours notice for any rescheduling or cancellation of appointments.

b. Failure to provide the required notice will result in forfeiting your $50 deposit.

c. Please communicate any changes to your appointment as soon as possible. This allows us to adjust our schedule accordingly and offer the appointment slot to another client.

Script Fee:

a. A $20 script fee will be charged every six months.
